Went on the website and deleted old addresses and credit cards. Input new credit card and correct address. Medals were shipped to an old address. I ordered a dress blues hat for a field grade officer from usamm.com on July 5, 2022, for my daughter's wedding. However, they sent me a hat for an enlisted person, even though I specified the correct item on the order form. They refunded me $189.72 on August 8, 2022, but I had to pay $26.18 CAD to return the wrong hat to them, which I feel is unfair. I contacted them by phone and ***, and they promised to send me a check to cover the postage on August 10th, 2022, but I still haven't received it. It's been a month since they made that promise, and I'm frustrated. They also sent the wrong hat to another customer, and it seems like their order accuracy has been slipping since they moved. They later admitted that the field grade officers hats were out of stock and backordered. I wouldn't trust them to send the right hat again, and I want my money back for the postage I had to pay.
