Went on the website and deleted old addresses and credit cards. Input new credit card and correct address. Medals were shipped to an old address. Customer service agent told me they use the "Shop Pay" app to complete purchases, and that website shopping does NOT populate with Shop Pay. This is an obviously lie because my new credit card was charged and my billing address was correct on the invoice.
Bottom Line - $127.84 down the drain. Re-order, done manually by service agent, cost $59.66. WILL NOT BE USING THEM USAAM AGAIN!
