Last Saturday, August 12th I made my first (and last order) which I regret. Their shipping policy says 2-3 days so I emailed them at the end of the 3rd day. Adriel replied with a canned answer, without looking at my order number, and told me I had to wait 2-3 days. I demanded a proper answer, a shipping date or a refund if they couldn't deliver (all items were in stock) - Adriel chose to put my order on hold and threat me with a 5% cancelation fee even when it wasn't my fault. I got upset and he escalated to Dee, who was even worse. She argued with the customer stating that the order didn't ship within the timeframe because I requested a cancelation. Which I didn't. I went to Paypal for help and Dee finally created a label after some argueing but I had to email yhem again because by the 5th day the items weren't handed to FedEx. She proceeded to tell me it was FedEx's fault without knowing that I'm a shipping manager, so I knew her game. Finally today the tracking was updated.
Today, after the tracking was updated. Someone replied to the Paypal case (they waited until shipment was finally fulfilled) and told Paypal that they shipped within 3 days and that I requested a cancelation. I sent back all screenshots as proof of how big fat liers they are and will keep the case open until my purchase arrives without any damage or missing items.
Honestly, this is the worst little scam I ever saw. They do not ship in time, are rude, unprofessional and mean to customers who ask and even want to charge you for the mistake of ordering from them.
Desired outcome: Changes in the awful customer service, more clear shipping policy, an an apology for messing up my order and then blaming me.
