Ashley Richards Pharmacist at this location shouldn't be dealing with any customers. She isn't pleasant, wasn't helping to solve an issue with a prescription that they've been out of and claim they can't order it.
Unprofessional, lacks customer services, isn't motivated to help when asked.
I work at a provider's office and every other CVS pharmacist I've even spoken with was nice, pleasant and offered assistance.
CVS - Employee
I am the Practice Manager for Balint Pain Management Center. We mainly prescribe narcotic medications for patients with pain problems. We are having an issue with a Pharmacist, Shelton Root. He was a floater to all CVS pharmacies in our area. He informed me he is now the regular pharmacist at the Waynesboro, VA CVS. He has been rude to our patients at all locations. He is telling our patients that he will no longer fill prescriptions from our Doctor as he writes too many narcotic prescriptions and too much volumn. We feel that he has impuned the reputation of this Pain Clinic and expect for this behavior to stop at once. He says if other pharmacists want to fill our prescriptions that is their decision, but he will not. I have numerous complaint against him for being very rude and not filling patient prescriptions.
I would like to know if your complaints about this rogue and unprofessional Pharmacist -Shelton Root- have been addressed by CVS. Because this complaint was made over a year ago, I hope that it has been. Please post a comment to your own complaint starting with: RE: FOLLOW-UP. I think I can help you if it has not been resolved.
