Purchased a sofa from the store in richmond va. On 3/27/2023. Wished I had read the reviews before because bad, bad reviews. The company delivered the wrong color to my address. Told the deliver man it was the wrong color. (spoke no english) did not not stop delivering the item. So I contacted the store manager. Did nothing about all I wantd was a exchange for a color that was susspose to be. (the customer service staff would not do so was ugly on the phone and hung up while I was on the phone. Plus the store staff did nothing) so I am stuck with the wrong color. And the manager was helping the saleman with me. Should have told me the sofa did not come in (cream color) we were sitting on the cream color while the saleman and the manage wrote my order up. No knowledge all wanted was a sale. I am so sorry I even went in the store. Sofa fine just the wrong color. They knew I wanted a cream color. Armentine tune.
