Bunk Beds purchased 1-15-2022 and was sent to the warehouse to pick them up. After 45 minutes in the cold, I was not given all of the pieces to the bed as I was told they were not itemized on my paid invoice. I was told by a young man that their ride was there and they needed to go. The young girl at the desk told me they should have been closed 40 minutes ago (I was there an hour before closing time). I witnessed boxes being tossed and kicked around the warehouse as well as conversations about drug use. I returned to my house with the few bed pieces I received and was told they would be picked up 2 days later and that my refund would be started once they leave with the bed. 6 days later and the pieces have not been picked up and my refund has not been placed. I spent $2, 000 at this store. I have a child with no bed. Never again. I do not recommend them. Do not buy from Ashley Furniture!
