I went today to one of your Supercuts location Was in 520 Kitty Hawk Road in Universal City, TX 78154 Universal City in San Antonio, Texas
The stylus name Mary did not cut my grandsons hair like the picture I showed her my grandson was very upset and did not want her to touch his hair again she thought it was funny. I asked to speak to a manager and I really want it not to pay but they said I had to pay I feel like I shouldn’t had to pay because I was not happy. My grandson was happy with the haircut. What can you do to reimburse me or compensate me for this bad service and I don’t appreciate Miss Mary thinking it’s funny she was very argumentative. Actually, she was a [censored]. I hate to use those words that was a bottom line and this is not the first time I don’t like how she approach me. She gives bad vibes and bad customer service.
