Scheduled an appointment for my son. Arrived a couple of minutes late and one person was cutting hair. She had one client she was working on. We checked in and took a seat and waited 20 minutes then another customer walked in with her son. The hairstylist told the customer and myself that her son would be taken first since we were late. I asked her to please take us first since we waited 20 minutes and we had an appt we needed to get to. but she refused. Poor customer service. Not a welcoming environment.
Desired outcome: Discount on the next haircut since gas was wasted going to this appointment that was pre scheduled a day in advance. . Apology and I want to walk into Supercuts and have a stylist ready . They are always short staffed with one stylist .
