T.J. Maxx

Back in September 2023 I got a debt consolidation loan from my bank. TJX was one that was paid off. I have been getting regular emails and or mail saying I still owe them. My bank, Community Credit Union sent 2 checks. I asked them to void the first one as I told them it was apparently not received. They reissued another one in the amount of $476.00 to: TJ Maxx, 3000 Kellway Dr. Ste. 120, Carlton TX 75006 per request when I contacted TJX. The check was mailed approximately August 9th or 10th, 2023 with a reconcile date of 8/17/23. Of at least 5 conversations have taken place & I am still being billed. The bank said they will not send another check which I do not blame them & I will not pay twice either. I can give you the contact at my bank if you need to discuss further. But I consider this account resolved & no actions needed but for TJX to stop billing me & texting me regarding this matter.
