To whom it may concern
I write to complain about Store T-Mobile 9589 (6800 Hwy 6 S Ste B Houston, TX, 77083-3302) TEL: (281) 879-5325.

The T-Mobile Store in question is synonymous for poor customer service, most especially T-Mobile customer representative by the name kevin teddy.
Here are the facts:
- Kevin Teddy is a very rude customer representative of T-Mobile, always hiding his name and badge details anytime I come in contact with him.
- Kevin Teddy is very confrontational when dealing with customers and me in particular. Hence, we decided to move to the next store for all T-Mobile request.

- Generally, as regards to billing, when a customer request to make payment and makes payment, receipts are neither printed nor email acknowledgment to customer.

Moving forward, besides poor customer service support at T-Mobile Store 9589, there's also health and safety challenges based on overcrowding noticed lately (very weak enforcement on CDC guidelines on COVID-19).
