My husband went to Quest Diagnostics today to turn in stool samples. He waited an hour. The practitioner took him back to a room (no apologies for the long wait) and asked for the stool samples, of which there were four. She set them aside and said the samples were a little above the line and threw the samples away. She then gave him new bottles. Now he has to start all over again. There was no apology or compassion coming from the attendant. The last time he took this test there was no issue about the samples being above the line. It was an unacceptable excuse and this type of rudeness is uncalled for. I would like the situation to be addressed by a supervisor to the person concerned.

Desired outcome: Supervision should look into the situation and reprimand the practitioner.
