I went to Stanton 2/24/26 deal was free eye exam and free lenses with purchase of any frames. I was charged $79.00 for exam and then $163.47 (Buckingham frames $79.99 and Premium Anti-Glare coating $83.98) Did not deduct $79.00 or refund it.
I want my $79.00 refunded. Jodie at store stated "they just hit a button and it gives credit on exam cost" but it didn't.
Claimed loss: $79.00 eye exam cost not refunded
Desired outcome: REFUND $79.00 Please, and a call would be nice [protected]

Stanton Optical - Email 'special' that they won't use
I got an email for $59 with free exam. I booked my appt through the email for the Stanton location at 112 S University Ave, Little Rock. I get there and tell the receptionist about the email. And she has to check on it, goes back and forth talking to someone in the other room. Comes back and says they don't have access to that promotion. Doesn't say...
