McDonald's - Long wait in drive thru

I ordered the #9- 2 cheeseburgers, fry and dr. Pepper. It is 7:55 pm when I pay for my order and 19 degrees outside. My heat doesn’t work well in my car and I am sitting in this line for over 20 minutes. I finally make it to the window and sit for 15 minutes.
