My son's pediatrician's office has called every day since Friday of last week (that is 4 days!) to get a prior authorization form from CVS and only today did they get a response that they'd be sending it over to the office. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNNACCEPTABLE! The Pediatrician has still not received it.
I've called to speak to the pharmacy and have been put on hold only to be hung up on and this is not the first time I've experienced awful customer service JUST at this location.
Other CVS pharmacy locations are NOT run like this. I will start driving 20 minutes to my old CVS pharmacy to not have to deal with this kind of negligence.
