Albertsons

I am reporting the nasty treatment I received at this store by your then acting service manager. She was not available when called to the service desk & kept me waiting for 10 minutes. Then she proceeded to tell me how she couldn't process my credit as I didn't bring in the original containers which were clear plastic shrimp containers. Once the shrimp were eaten, I threw away the containers. I did have my original receipt & the two 30% off stickers that should have been removed from the containers & credit put on my receipt when I purchased them. She, in her loud, nasty manner in the middle of the store, told me she couldn't do anything about a refund. After my telling her what I thought, she proceeded to tell me never to shop there again or she would call the cops. This has been my store since 2002...long before she arrived. I think she is the one who needs to be removed. The credit was for a big $3.60.
