Customer service is a joke, phone customer service number required account info just to reach a person mad calling local branch is also of no use. If you want to know the status of an incoming payment (disability, covid stimuous, or paycheck) you can forget it, they dont ever show it as even pending, and they claim they can only tell you if you are getting it after it is already posted and you can see it there yourself at which tiem you wouldnt need to call tehm anyway. So I myself am researching new banks that will provide better customer service and actually show pending status of incoming funds and get my funds to me when I am suppose to get them, instead of jerking me around and giving no information about my money
