McDonald's

The 2 times we have eaten inside they have messed up our orders. They knock themselves out to help drive through. But little or no help up front. Front service either waits for drinks (from drive-thru), or cashiers do not help and just stand there and watch. Tonight's cashier was new and no one helping or watching him. He rang up our order wrong. (we asked for meals, and we didn't get any fries). Then the person helping drive through gets our order. No fries I tell her cashier didn't know what he was doing. She said new. I said not my problem. She said well you can't have free fries. That's when my husband said we will pay for them, we just wanted meals, and we asked this kid several times are we getting fries, and he said yes. Everyone there needs to be trained. I never see anyone older there working? Where is the manager? Our they all teens? These restaurants have been dirty and full trash canisters too. Not COVID-19 safe.
