05/21/21 I wanted the shrimp. I did NOT want fries (too much fried food in one meal!) I asked to have a substitution. I was advised no sub. I asked to have them just not serve the fries. I was advised "they come with the meal." I asked to have them on the side. No. I finally got a take-out container brought to the table and put my fries into that at the table before I ate. (NOT a pleasant presentation at all!) I asked for a manager. I got the response, "there's nothing I can do." He also said I had not paid for the fries. (The cost of fries is included in the price of the meal, I'm sure.) I repeatedly told the manager to make corporate aware of the issue, but I got the impression he did NOT CARE at all! I filed a prior complaint online and gave my e-mail address. No response yet. This shows how much you care about your customers!
P, ease be mindful of special dietary needs and accommodate your diners. THAT MUCH FRIED FOOD is not healthy for me. I needed vegetables, not starch.
Desired outcome: I'd like you to accommodate your diners' requests. If I don't want something. I should be able to order just the food I do want!
