Hi. I ordered Steak Kabob. The only veggie on the kabob was red pepper. I told the waitress, she kindly said she'd fix it. 20 minutes later, the manager deliverd a skewer with mostly red pepper, one slice of onion and 1 slice of green pepper. But, the inconsistency is not the worst part. It took that long to get the rest of my plate, I finally just ate it as it was since it was getting very cold. By the time the manager brought he skewer of mostly more red pepper, he could clearly see that may plate was almost empty, my husband had been done eating so long that his plate had been cleared away and the manager did not apologize, nor did he seem at all empathetic that I had to wait that long for get my food almost right. Just very disappointing that he didn't care more to try and make it a better experience. This is the 3rd bad experience at this location in a row. This is the first time that I have complained. I do not plan to return. Sad.

Texas Roadhouse - service/management
I was recently at Texas Roadhouse with my family. There are 4 of us adults. We ordered the most expensive dinners, drinks, and appetizers. We weren't even finished eating our dinner when the manager, Scott, approached us and asked for us to leave because he "got a red flag that our bill was too high". I asked if we were loud or inappropriate, and Scott said no. He said that he just gets an alert when the bill reaches a certain point and he had to ask us to leave. I am extremely upset. I do not see my family often, and this completely ruined our night. I have sent one complaint but got no response. Can something please be done about this? I am appalled by the treatment that we received at this establishment.
