Huntington Bank

on september 14, 2022, I went to huntington bank located 5249 wilson mills road in Richmond Heights Ohio to make a deposit. When went to the window I told him I wanted to make a deposit into a particular checking account by identifying by the last 4 numbers of the account. This is the bank that I normally always go to so I've became familiar with the personnel. This particular teller has in the past four or five months made errors in my transaction. To avoid him making errors I repeated the last four numbers of the account two more times. At this time the Assistant Vice President Branch Manager told me to be quiet and told me not to speak to him and that the teller got it. So I let the manager know that the teller has made errors before on more than one occasion. I explained that I have the right to make sure the transaction is error free. She then told the teller to reverse that deposit and take my check some where else. I asked her why would she void my transaction just because I am trying to make sure the transaction is correct. So she then told me to just stand there and dont say anything or take my check back.

I really feel that her being the Assistant Vice President Branch Manager was rude and her attitude needs to be addressed
