This past wed. Nite. About 9 pm I went to buy a couple of things. I noticed that there were 3 lines open. But 2 of them had alot of people. Then I noticed that there was one customer in line before I got there. The cashier Michelle. Was having a nice conversation with 2 men. Then when I went up to pay. Complete silence. Not one word from her not a hi or any type of contact with me. She was sitting down. I don't know why. Maybe she was tired. Don't know.. but as I went to bag my groceries. She had a great conversation withthe next 2 ladies.. I left called back and complain Ed to I don't know who that male never said his name not asked what my name was. He said he wass going to talk too her. Who knows. Maybe they just choose anyone to talk too me. Any way there are cashiers that can be friendly but not al 8 used too but alot but now I would rather shop elsewhere.. I only shop for 2 or 3 things instead of 100 dollars of food. s. It's you loss and I don't really think that you care about your customer ser. Skills. Michelle was just rude and unfriendly. She must have problems with just certain people. I hope 8 don't have too deal with that kind of customer. Set. It's your loss if I just don't go there any more.
Desired outcome: I don't feel that you care and probably will do nothing
