During my time at the store, I observed that only one cashier was attending the register while there were approximately 40 customers waiting in line. As the manager on duty, Jason seemed to have the authority to rectify this situation by reallocating staff to assist at the registers, yet no action was taken. This lack of attentiveness to customer service and operational efficiency is disappointing and reflects poorly on the management of the store.
