Got there and the house was full of people to get lab work done when my Husband only had to drop off and leave the urin jug. They insisted he sign in a wait 3 Hrs to do something as simple as just dropping it off. The gal at the sign in desk said it would be another 1.5 hours for people waiting for any reason. So I had to get my car a smog cert just across the street from them and said we could be done and back by the time we're called. So we left our name as signed in and went to get my smog cert for my car which we were back in to then in plenty of time. We saw the same people waiting in the lobby ahead of us before we even left still waiting and she said they call my husbands name and we'd have to sign in "all over again". I was mad as HELL. by then and then they said he was to retake the blood lab work "again" just after completing it just the week before. His Dr. Ordered it on thte 21 & he did it on the 22nd there. What incompitent idiots!
I called His Dr to verify he had not made any other llab work requests since the 21st of Jan. and hey said no. Yesterday was the 27th of Jan. I asked her at the desk dosen't your computer show a date as to when we were just there the week before having the blood work done? She said no. Which I know having worked in the Medical Field how critical "Documentation" is any Medical Field after Retiring from Abbott, Invecare, & Allaris Medical Fields. Also Medicre will be double charged for the same proceedure he already had done a few days before. I said to Quest I'm not letting this go with all the blunders you made here with us his Dr. and Medicare Billing for a Duplicate process of his bloodwork having been done already.
