Firestone Complete Auto Care - Tires

I bought my RAM 2500 new in Late 2018. All the tires were the Firestone Transforce HT2. On May 5, 2020, I had to replace two tires because of low tire tread. Those tires had only 22, 000 miles on them. I purchased two new tires Transforce AT2 OWL for a total of $477.83 (Invoice #075819).
On August 10, 2021 while on the freeway, my truck started violently shaking.
Since I was almost home, I took it to a local tire shop near my house. Upon inspection of the tire, the tread was separating. I had them put on the spare tire and took it to the Firestone shop were I had purchased the tires before.
This tire had 36, 000 miles on it. The service writer John said I would have to wait about 3 hours or I could leave it. I chose to leave it, and drove back home 10 miles. I bought the Transforce HT to match the the other rear tire (invoice#086611). I couldn't afford buying two new ones. Later on, John called me and said the tire was ready. I asked him if they would be able to put it back on my truck and put the spare back up under the bed. He said probably no because they were busy. He said he might be able to near closing time. I went there near closing time and he said he was still too busy. My tire was loaded in the back of my truck and I left. I took it back to the tire shop near my house and they put it on for free and put my spare back up under the bed. It took them all of 10 minutes.
So my complaint is two-fold:
1. These tires were rated at 60, 000 miles. They clearly did not come close. I shouldn't have to buy road hazard to have tires replaced either for free or some credit. The last tire tread separation is clearly a flaw in the manufacture of the tire. I recall a problem with Firestone and Ford back in the early 2000's. I have already replace three tires in 36, 000 miles at a cost of $739.22
2. Taking 10 minutes to replace my tire on the truck would have gone a long way to show some customer service.

Desired outcome: A new tire to replace the remaining original. Some kind of credit for tires not meeting tire rating miles.
