On February 19, 2016 at the Galloway, NJ location arrived at 9:10 am for a routine blood work. As we arrive you sign in and sit down until, the young lady call you back up with your insurance card and paperwork for services. The workers that are inputting your information are the slowest people I have ever encountered . The lab tech are pacing the floors waiting for the peoples paperwork. After, an hour wait were still not call to the back now it 10:10 am approximately 10-15 clients walked out and didn't get services. Very annoying to have to wait for services that was not rendered...Need people who can take and input information a little faster...Help!
