Kohl's

I have just returned four items at the Kohl's located in Waxhaw, NC. The assistant of course had a mask and gloves on and the plastic screen was in place. I had a mask on. The assistant could not touch the packaging nor receipts that accompanied my returns. She was quite abrupt and rude about it. I complied, but this is going too far. After all, I had tried on all four garments, but she touched those. Why was the packaging so different? I didn't ask the person delivering the package to me to unwrap the goods and hand them to me. I am surprised I wasn't fumigated before approaching the return desk. I of course was handed a receipt! Maybe I should have declined. It's a good job I did not reveal my husband has just returned from being on a cruise ship for five months otherwise I would have been banned from entering Kohl's.
