Cracker Barrel

Me and a friend came in... Paid separate. We ordered dumplings no chicken with 2 sides. The waiter asked us 3 times about our sides... Then walked away then came back to ask us about our drinks... When order came back it wasn't what we ordered. We ordered the dumplings foe 9.49... But we got charged 9.99. We ordered the same thing my friend was 14.07 and mine was 17 something. Don't know why mine was more if we got the exact same thing. Finally the fixed it at the cash register but my friend was paying with $100.00 cash.. No other way to pay. They didn't wanna take it so we had to go get change for it. In other words the whole meal was a disaster from start to finish... Didn't even get the right size of dumplings... We had to return it because it was a side serving. When it came back it still wasn't right... But felt we were being compilicated it didnt wanna keep sending it back... Never had this much trouble, dont know why they can't understand what we ordred and we come every weekend. We probably won't be back. Im very disappointed!

We love (d?) the Cracker Barrel.

A Family first restaurant that still exists! That perspective changed today when My family and I met some friends for supper…the first time in months!

We are at the Mebane, NC store where Matt, the manager, suggested I write you with my complaint, which is ‘I cannot believe alcoholic beverages are not only being served, but pushed, at the cracker barrel!’

This makes me so sad. Please rethink this.
