Banfield Pet Hospital at Ten Ten in Cary, NC is understaffed and the receptionist is rude. They also do not communicate effectively regarding whether or not I should wait for the appointment at the hospital or come back. Since all of the appointments are drop off at this place, I typically wait in the car for my dog to be returned preceded by a phone call to let me know the amount of the visit. So I wouldn't assume that "drop-off" means that I leave the hospital. I don't read minds. Anyway, Anna, the receptionist is very rude and had given me the "silent" treatment today when I complained. They also rarely answer their phones, so when you arrive you can't check in since for example, today (June 20, 2022) I had to call 6 times to get an answer. Ann NOT ONCE apologized for the inconvenience. I won't go back to this horrible place... They show no caring or empathy and will NEVER apologize for any inconvenience to the customer.
Desired outcome: Apology for not communicating in an effective manner plus very rude on the phone, when she finally did answer!
