BLUF: 2022 Keystone Outback 342CG purchased from on-site stock 04/19/2023 still not delivered as of 06/20/2023.
I purchased the 2022 Keystone Outback 342CG 04/19/2023. At that time I was made aware of a couple minor service issues that would not affect operation, and that parts were on order. These included Bent Support Arm for the awning, latch on the heater door, 2nd set of access key and assured these parts were on order.
This was the third trailer I had purchased from Pierce RV, 3800 Pierce Pkwy, Billings, MT 59106 and is my practice I took the trailer out that weekend, 04/21/23 for a "shakedown cruise". That’s when the MAJOR issues were made apparent
The toilet flushed intermittently and after the first use it leaked profusely on to the floor until I wedged a cooking pot under the valve and that had to be emptied regularly (at night!). Next we look at the galley sink. After the first use the faucet would not turn off so we had to turn the outside main water valve coincidently solved the toilet issue except we had to turn the outside the outside valve on and off to flush. Here's another good one. There is a ramp that also serves as the door to the garage and sleeping area - (Toy Hauler) that had been mis-mounted resulting in a large gap and resulting in a sever draft.
All this was irritating enough but what really got my knickers in a bunch was that I was assured the pre-delivery check-list had been accomplished when clearly it was not and it has taken the better part of the Summer is now behind us with no end in sight.
Thank You for providing an outlet for my frustration and possible resolution to the issues.

Desired outcome: What I’m looking for is some sort of compensation to be negotiated at the time of delivery (if ever!).
