Purchased the unit June 2024. July of 2024 1st trip out and numerous issues including self-level screen not working, inverter outlets not working, 110 outlets don't work, outdoor fridge brackets failed, tire blows out on second trip (due to axles misaligned) unit was tracking.. damaged undercarriage and skirt, no water pressure, black tank leak. These were just the beginning problems. Almost 3 months later got unit back, on way home unit was tracking again! Now back into Camping World. Now the unit is back in service and not able to use until May 2025. Out on first trip of the season and now bedroom slide out will not go in..Got unit back and claimed slide was fine just needed lubricant. Next trip out, unit is tracking again axles/hangers, still off and tires worn on passenger side and not driver side. Also Bedroom slide out wont go in and was informed by Zack this is due to the unit being extremely off the hangers/axles. Back in to Camping World again.. Unit has been in there since and it is now January 2026. Spoke with Zack Snyder who is handling the issues along with Michael Washman and was informed by Zack that this would be a buy back due to the numerous and unfixable problems. There has been no communication with Camping World now as they will not return calls. We have owned the camper for two years and have only had possession of it for less then a handful of trips.
Camping World has been unresponsive and unprofessional as they avoid all phone calls.
Claimed loss: Unit was $ 68,000.00 along with time unit unable to use and various trip cancelations...Also had to replace full set of tires
Desired outcome: Buy Back from Keystone as promised from Camping World!!!!
