Brand new avalanche 302rs,first trip out awning failed to roll in, gears on motor were broke and shaft on awning twisted. After about 2 weeks of trying to get approval to get it fixed was told to get mobile mechanic out and would be reimbursed for parts and labor. they come out and diagnosed the problem, I finally found the parts and they came back and fixed the problem.
the total bill was just under 6 hundred dollars which we submitted to keystone pictures and serial numbers and everything that was requested. This started in mid July and in November after countless e-mails and calls we finally received a check for a lousy 322.00, called to find out when I could get the rest of my money and they allowed that was it period. I have spent hours working on many other problems myself that would have cost them lots of money if Id have taken it back to the dealer. The moral of the story is if someone tries to sell you a Keystone trailer I would run to beat hell!
Claimed loss: 587.00
Desired outcome: full amount and apology for all the crap we went through just to get what little we received
