Midas

I had my transmission flushed at midas this past Saturday in Columbus Ms. Later I was looking at my receipt and noticed I wasn't charged for a transmission filter I called and asked if the filter was replaced. I was told no because I didn't request a filter change. I explained to the person that on your website that a Transmission flush includes filter replacement, pan cleaning and inspection. None of this was done they just flushed the system without dropping the pan and cleaning it or replacing the filter. Basically I got charged full price for a half [censored] job. Now they want me to come back and they'll replace the filter so now I've been driving my vehicle around with the new trans fluid running through a dirty filter and pan. I don't have to request a filter change when I get an oil change! I Paid for a complete Trans Flush!
