Midas review: I went in to get my car inspectioned. And was charged for a service I didn't request

I called Midas to inquire about the free inspection service. Jonathan i belive, set me an time to come in due to i had to leave no later than 230 pm. I arrived at 12 pm. And i sat until 230p Thats when he explained it was only 150 00 for the balance. I had explained prior that i was sure about the car and wanted to know more. He replied no problem at NO cost and I can get a free diagnosis for my car. But after waiting over two hours , I had no room to discuss the disagreement I had with no authorization for the service he had billed me for. I was charged 150.00 for a wheel balance I never asked for. I explained the back endseen to be making noise. So he explained they fixed it, but its no fixed and fixing it without and knowledge they were doing unauthorized work. I asked why did he fix anything on a car I was to return. He said nothing.
