I waited for almost 3 hours during my initial screening only to be told that I had to be deferred because how I answered a medical question. The question was about sleep apnea and I answered it within the first hour of my visit. However, I was forced to wait for an additional hour and a half for a nurse to tell me that she needs a doctor's statement about my sleep apnea. 3 hours of my day wasted on something that I should have been told right away.
I also would like to point out that the company's non-discrimnation statement includes basis of sexual orientation. It's true that the company never asks if someone is homosexual; however, 4 different disqualifying questions ask about sexual relations between two men. It seems that it's a way of disqualifying gay men without have to actually say it.
My recommendation is if you are interested then go for an initial screening if you have LOTS of time to wait around. The location I visited on Watson Road in St. Louis seems to be a bit disorganized. Long lines and wait times while at least 3 employees were just standing around at any given time. I also recommend that unless you are 100% heterosexual and in 100% perfect health, it may end up being a waste of your time. Caveat Emptor
