Situation Description:
During a screening visit, a staff member informed me that I would be paid for the procedure. In reality, no plasma was collected, only a small amount of blood for testing. As a result, an hour was wasted on misleading information about the payment.

Female, approximately 30-35 years old, average height
Recommendation: Review of the staff member's actions, adjustments to donor information practices, and clarification of the screening payment policy.
