BioLife Plasma Services review: Rude manager & unhelpful staff - Go Manhattan instead ( 1 comment)

I have been attending for a while this center at the Bronx but today I had such a bad experience I had to write a review. First I referred a buddy to the program and they have donated twice now. I was there when he gave the staff my name and details and today they tell me he didn't referred me when I was present when he did. The manager at the time when I attend at 1pm March 5th basically lied to my face and when I told her this she quickly dismissed me and attended the next customer. The second thing was that they called me in for a yearly physical and even though I've been going for close to a year and they know about my surgery when I was born, I was cleared last year due to a clerical error they refused me from donating as per usual and didnt have a quality check manager in they could let me donate, when I stated this is [censored] the manager there took it personal and then barred me from donating on the premise that I swore but I wasn't swearing at her and was rightly pointing out the absurdity of the situation and their procedures and lack of attention or controls. That manager was completely unprofessional and right from the start didn't want to help me but was just looking for any excuse to dismiss me.
