I called a refill prescription through the automated machine. I received an automated call the next day that the prescription was ready. I went into the store, and was told nothing was ready for me. They told me they contacted my physician's office and had not heard back. I explained, I have a new physician. I called and told you guys that. She said I will contact them today. I waited a week and called again. No we have not heard back yet. Today I call---we don't have an active prescription, so no-one could have called on your prescription. Seriously?
I spoke with the pharmacy manager, she said I don't know what to tell you. Contact your Doctor's office. I said---really? Why didn't you guys tell me this 2 weeks ago. She said, "I don't know what to tell you." I know what to tell you. Now I am out of my medication. This is extremely bad Customer Service. It's bad business. I need to switch pharmacies.
