The Pep Boys - overcharged

Start to finish just an awful experience was the point of making an appointment at 1 o'clock if your car is going to sit there until 530. Lack of communication, Wouldn't have my car aligned and tires put on and now my car pulls hard to the right. So now they want me to drive back another hour and 20 minutes just so they can drive it around the corner.

Okay that last complaint was a mess, and I can’t edit it so...
I purchased tires on 1/21/2020 and made an appointment for Saturday 1/25/2020 to have them installed, I had to reschedule for Sunday 1/26/2020 because it was so busy I would’ve been there for 6 hours.
The website said 117.00 for installation blah, blah, blah, they are supposed to check your breaks, alignment and all that good stuff for free when you’re a member.
I showed up Sunday 1/26/2020 for my appointment, I had the tires in the back of my car that I had purchased on 21 January 2020 with receipt, was charge $75.96 for a carry in tire installation? Whatever that means ?
I let the tech know that the brakes felt a little spongy, They are supposed to check the brakes, alignment and all that jazz during whatever for free inspection they give. I said if the car needed an alignment and the brake line to be bled to do so. I was not notified whether I needed an alignment or not they just did it. But my paperwork says that I declined the alignment, I don’t understand this either. I waited for five hours to get my car, and now it pulls hard to the right, it didn’t do that before. I called corporate no help, spoke with the area manager Scott for the Frederick district, He was very condescending and said that I had buyers remorse. He told me that if I drove to Baltimore he would drive my car and see if the alignment pulled to the right and give me my refund. I live in Pennsylvania two hours from the city. I don’t mind paying for work to be done on my car as long as honest and good work. I don’t know what was going on Sunday in that store with a particular customer but the general manager Nicholas Coleman was having an altercation with a gentleman regarding a part that was put into the car. The altercation was rather heated it made me very uncomfortable so I left the store, I had to call an Uber.
