Hello, I am a DoorDasher. I arrived at location
12413 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, Kentucky on August 18, 2023 at approximately 10:50 to pick up a delivery.
The inside was closed so I waited in a drive thru line for 30 minutes to get to the speaker. I’m told they do not have my DoorDash order. So I read the order to the employee and she tells me to drive to the window. So now it takes another 15 minutes to get to the pick up window. I’m handed someone else’s order so I inform the lady I’m there for the DoorDash order and I give her the name, Stephanie R. I’m told they don’t have the order. I stated that I gave the order at the speaker. I was then told they didn’t have it and the person who took the order was gone and didn’t tell them what it was.
At this point, I’m extremely frustrated because I’d wasted an entire hour. My customer was frustrated because it was taking so long and then to find out they don’t even have her order!
This situation caused me to waste my time, lose money and be penalized with DoorDash.
This is upsetting and totally unacceptable to me. I will no longer accept any DoorDash orders for this location nor will I patronize this store in my personal time.
