KIA Motors - unprofessional behavior

I purchased a vehicle last week from Jake Sweeney Kia (Florence, Kentucky) and had a horrible experience with the finance department. However, my sales representative was a pleasure to work with! The paperwork that I signed with the sales rep (final price) was supposed to be automatically transferred over to the finance department, but it appeared that the transition of the correct paperwork (the correct price) was not too successful. When I returned home after a 90-120mins drive, I noticed that the loan amount that was financed was incorrect. Ok, no big deal right? The loan amount that was financed was incorrect, which increased my final out the door price by over $500+ (I was overcharged). This may appear as a small amount to some. Mistakes can be fixed, and I hope to receive exceptional customer care service on getting this resolved. Nope! Well I had a difficult time with making contacting with the finance POC (Anthony Soard) that was assigned to assist me on this manner. Once I finally made contact, not all of my questions were being addressed and the tone of the emails started to become offensive. I even called Mr. Soard and left a message on his voicemail. Of course, he never returned my call. I received 3 emails in all caps from him, and on the 3rd all caps email I told him not send me anymore emails in all caps. After I told him this, he claimed that the system operates in all caps. I have a difficult time believing his story, especially since my 1.) sales rep never sent me any emails in all caps, 2.) he had sent me some emails that were not in all caps, and 3.) his tone in most of the emails were not pleasant. Once I told him that he has offended me by his lack of professionalism and hasn't provided me great customer care he later tells me he has done nothing wrong. He also claims he has addressed all of my questions. Really?!? If you addressed all of my questions, I wouldn't keep emailing the same exact unanswered questions over and over again. If you're going to lie, please tell a lie that cant be easily proved. I was so surprised to receive a response from him that had not remorse towards offending his customer. Once I had reveal to him that I was deeply offended by his action, this gave him the opportunity to clear up any misunderstandings that may have occurred. So therefore, from his response I realized he could careless about making this outcome positive and clearing up any misunderstandings. Even though, my experience with the sales rep was awesome I would never purchase a vehicle from this location due to my horrible experience with the finance department, specifically Mr. Soard. My husband and I have called the owner of this location to file a complaint, but we're still waiting for him to return our call. I will be happy to provide all of the emails to prove how Mr. Soard handle the situation with poor customer as stated above. I want my story to be heard, and I want Mr. Soard to take ownership of his unprofessional actions, and simply apologize.
