Hertz

WE left Los Angeles Ca. on July 12th. I took my daughter, Laura, and her 4 children with me to visit in Chicago area We left out of LAX on American Airlines, arriving in ORD at 10:15pm

The next day, my daughter, Laura Sherwin went to pick up her car that I had reserved back in April, thru AAA, from Hertz 685 Golf Rd, Hoffman Estates, 60195. Confirmation # F0914408040/ 13 days/[protected], $337.71 She ran into a big problem---They had given her car to someone else---no recourse, no car! -No offer to help get another car!

I will be very slow to book thru AAA again, unless there is some action taken to make this right. I plan to cc this letter to AAA as well as your Hertz office and management. This is terrible business practice--and I will not recommend booking with these agents again!

I myself, am a hairstylist, and I provide service---I can't imagine such horrific service from Hertz. Rest assured that I will be passing this information on to everyone I talk to about this last trip to Chicago, Il.
