I am an ex-coworker of a friend that recently started working at the mcdonald’s on kuala street across from foodland farms. She asked me to not saying anything to the people that have been bullying her at work because she’s afraid it’ll make matters worse. So i’m kindly giving this a chance to see if you folks will handle the situation quickly and effectively. Now I researched and downloaded all the worker laws that you say you abide by, yet this employee cries at work and is getting picked on. She does have a disability. It’s very obvious, but you folks were willing to give her a try and hired her. I appreciate that dearly. There’s so many people in this world that commit suicide because off bullying! This is unacceptable. And to have the manager on duty do nothing and to defend the bully, why? This doesn’t make a safe environment for jasmine is her name. I’m sure all your employees have read the worker laws and might need to be reminded. Jasmine is super sweet and kind and she doesn’t even need the job she just wants to occupy her time wisely and stay busy and now she wants to put in her two weeks because she doesn’t like the way the employees treat her. She didn’t choose to have a disability nor asked to be emotionally traumatized by bullies.
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response so I know that something is being done and I’m sure Jasmine could use an apology and reassurance that this will all stop.
