On September 29th,2023 at approximately 8:20 pm I went through the drive through and ordered a big sandwich combo,it took me about 20 minutes to get my food,once I got to the window and before the cashier took my card she was holding her hair as she was dealing with my food after she took my card to pay still holding her she gave me my food I checked my order the fish were cold and so was the fries.I took the food back in to the store and spoke with the manager and he agreed to redo my order and he did I stay less than 2 minutes away from the store and when I got home the second order was cold also I really feel like I just gave away 8 dollars and 41 cents because I still couldn't eat the food. This is my receipt.
