CONSUMERS BEWARE! Bait and switch tactics used at the Cartersville GA store! Upgraded one of our phones, was told rebate on old qualified phone would be $700. When we turned it in, after moving all data over to the new phone, their story changed. Was only willing to offer half, because they said the phone had a small crack in the case back. They originally examined phone and said it was eligible for the full rebate. Phone was in exact same condition the entire time.
Manager and two sales people did nothing to resolve the issue. 6+ hours on the phone with 7 AT&T people later, we had no other choice but to file an FCC complaint.
3+yrs as AT&T customer with 5 Lines, no worries though, Verizon will be more than happy to take our $400/month.
If you enjoy dishonest underhanded business, this is your place, for all others... go elsewhere, You'll be glad you did.
