During the period Oct 19-20, 2023, I attempted to change my auto and home insurance from Nationwide to Allstate insurance.
I worked with a Allstate agent, Wade Groomer and, his Owner/Manager Joanne Fisher [protected]. Mr Gommer was very unprofessional in his presentation of quotes (stating a one point that he had gotten a $200.00 reduction in the homeowner policy but, could not fine the underwriter who promised the reduction).
Most importantly, my bank account was charged for a full year for both
Allstate home and auto insurances in one day without informing me.
I emailed MS Fisher on Oct 21,2023 and, she replied that no change would happen to my current Auto Insurance since the Allstate policy would be cancelled before 10-26-23. This is untrue as the full year policy deduction which is $1.821.74 was deducted today10-21-2023.
To correct the above-mentioned full year Allstate deductions, I am requesting a total refund for $3,509.50 and, to cancellations of both Allstate/Security First home and auto proposed policies IMMEDIATELY.
Desired outcome: DocuSign documents were received and never signed as a final decision was never made by me.
