Pinch A Penny

I took chlorinator lid into store #137, rockledge, fl on 4/4/25 and samantha installed a new gasket (viton o ring f/cl 200 & 220) quickly and politely. I took the bill to the checkout and was charged $55.99 plus tax. I quickly said that's very high.
Paid the bill and left. After getting home I checked the price of that gasket part on amazon, $ 9;95, I called the store and spoke to sherry who said that is the price they pay. Again I complained and asked the owner to call me. I called the pinch a penny in suntree a short distance away and he said they charge $9..95 for that part installed free. I have tried to call the owner 3 times or have him call me, have left messages and was not contacted. I feel he is seriously overcharging for parts. I wanted you to know he his ripping off his customers. I have been a pinch a penny customer for 25 years and always had great respect and was treated fairly by all the previous owners.
