Store on Cass Circle, Spring Hill, Fl. Brought 3 jugs for refill. one was leaking. Went to water sample checked. Manager, Ed told me have to buy a new jug. I told him NO. He said well then you just want 2-refills. I said I won't buy a new jug for the store! He said in front of the customers "I am not going to argue over a God Damn jug"! Pretty poor customer service using basically "cuss" words". I spend alot of money in the course of a year at that store. You get new jugs for free! I do not get to Pinch a Penny! You do! Dont think Ed has good customer qualities

Ed showed his [censored] over a plastic jug — unprofessional and petty. If they treat regulars like that, imagine how they treat first-timers. You’re right not to eat the cost or the attitude. Next time, take your business somewhere they value loyalty without mouthing off like a gas station drunk.
