Firestone Complete Auto Care - did not fix correctly

I brought my vehicle to Firestone in Port Charlotte due to an engine leak. They diagnosed that I needed a new valve cover gasket. They completed the job on 11/03/2021. On 4/6/22 I noticed a new leak and took it to another garage closer to my home. They diagnosed the I needed a new engine camshaft plug and another valve cover gasket. I told them I paid over 300 dollars 5 months ago for the valve cover gasket at another place. They recommended I go back and see if it was under warranty. I called Firestone who said it was under warranty. I took the car there and told them to check the camshaft plug and was told they did not know what that was. They said the gasket was fine after looking at it again and said I needed a new rear main seal and oil pan gasket. I went back to garage near my home and they told me Firestone should have seen that I needed the camshaft plug when they did the work replacing my valve cover gasket. I had the new garage fix the camshaft plug and replace the valve cover gasket again as that was the only way to get to the plug. I feel Firestone should have correctly fixed my car the first time and I ended up spending another 550 dollars to fix their mistake.

Firestone Complete Auto Care - Air conditioning

Brought my daughters 2011 Jetta in on Sunday the 15th of august because we started experiencing issues with air conditioning getting cold.
It stopped getting cold on initial start ups and at low speed. It eventually gets cold at highway speed but not as cold as it should.
After Firestone mechanic looked at the car I was told but service writer that it was a low Freon issue and recommended a reclaim and recharge of the Freon for $147. He said the a/c would be fixed with this service. After performing the service I was told the car was fixed and we were good to go And proceeded to charge me $176. 30$ more.
Well the a/c is not fixed. It performs just as it did before I brought it to firestone to be fixed. I Don't know A whole lot about a/c systems. But I looked at the machine they use upon its completion. The screen said no leaks were detected and the starting Freon level was 1.10 lbs and the finished level after recharge was 1.19 lbs. Doesn't seem like much to me. It certainly wasn't enough to change they way the a/c works or doesn't work. I now have my daughter who commutes 85 miles a day suffering in Florida summer heat from a problem firestone said they fixed and I'm out 176 dollars and 1/2 my Sunday plus what happens next!
I 100% want my money back or the issue resolved quickly and correctly.
This is Florida! Cold Air Conditioning is Vital. There's no acceptable reason for this to be happening. I want some accountability. For not fixing my car and saying you fixed my car. This is my second complaint trying to get this resolved
