On Feb. 23, 2020 I went to the CVS in Palm Bay and came upon the same machine still out of order. It had been 3 weeks since my last call regarding coupons I could not get. I purchased my products and then received all of the coupons. I should not have to make a purchase in order to receive coupons. I might have purchased more items if I had received the coupons BEFORE I checked out.
However, that is not why I am writing with a major complaint.
I, again called the customer service number. It was 20 minutes before I got to speak to Jes.
I asked for a supervisor. I waited one hour and twenty-seven minutes and still did not get to speak to Supervisor Ed. I accidentally disconnected myself. I, again, called back and waited 10 minutes before I spoke to Jes again. I, again waited for Ed the Supervisor for 10 more minutes. I was told he would not be available. I must say I became irate and raised my voice. I wound up hanging up and wrote this email.
