I went to the North Haven, CT store for a warranty replacement deselection. Started with Irving who then handed me off without notice toRay who after the transaction was done I didn't mind at all - Ray has excellent customer service skills and should be acknowledged! However, I was scheduled for a Sunday delivery - 2 days post Friday selection/purchase. On Sunday I call the store asking about delivery time since I did not receive a delivery confirmation and the female who answered said they would call me 30 min prior to arrival without asking any verifying info - she has no clue who I was. At 5pm, I call the store again, speak with Ray who verified that the scheduling did not occur and proceeded to schedule me for the following Saturday Am per my availability. It's now 12 noon, no delivery. The 2 day delivery is a joke. And the customer service experience leave MUCH to be desired! There is no accountability and the agents (not Ray) truly do not feel the need to represent PC Richards best experience nor embrace customer return/ loyalty. I will not recommend this company. Sad, my experience from 5 years ago was excellent.
